A few useful answers.
Does one subscription cover all TapMedical apps?
No. TapGI Pro, TapIM Pro, TapRN Pro, TapPA Pro, TapNP Pro and TapRVU Pro are separate subscriptions. TapOR is currently free.
What can I try before paying?
TapGI, TapIM, TapRN, TapPA and TapNP offer 30 sample study items and Atlas browsing without a subscription. Eligible new subscribers can also receive a 3-day Pro trial. TapIM, TapRN, TapPA and TapNP are coming soon. TapRVU offers a 7-day in-app trial. TapOR is free.
How are subscriptions billed?
Apple bills monthly plans each month and yearly plans once per year. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Prices here are U.S. prices in USD; confirm your local price, taxes and any trial terms on the Apple purchase screen.
How do I cancel or restore a subscription?
Manage or cancel a plan in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. To restore paid access, use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
Which devices are supported?
TapGI supports iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 and later. TapIM, TapRN, TapPA and TapNP are planned for the same platforms. Current TapRVU and TapOR App Store listings are for iPhone with iOS 26.2 and later.
Where can I read about privacy?
Each app has its own privacy policy linked from its section and the footer. Data handling varies by app; review the policy for the app you use.
